Issue:
When attempting to integrate the UserWay Accessibility Monitor with Jira, you may encounter a warning indicating that no projects were found:
“0 Projects found! Which JIRA project would you like to connect?”
Cause:
This issue typically occurs when the user credentials entered during the configuration step lack the necessary permissions to access any projects.
Resolution:
To resolve this, we highly recommend reaching out to your Jira administrator to request the addition of the required access privileges for the ‘scanner-jira’ integration account. These privileges should be granted specifically for the relevant Jira project(s).
