Can the scanner scan a mobile application?

The Web Accessibility Scanning & Monitoring solution is not applicable to mobile applications. Its functionality is tailored for scanning and monitoring web pages with a Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN), like example.com or UserWay.org.

What is an FQDN?
An FQDN is a complete domain name that specifies the exact location of a resource within the Domain Name System (DNS). It includes both the host name and the domain name, providing a unique address that identifies a specific device or service on the internet.

For mobile applications, we recommend our Web Accessibility Compliance Audit Reports. These reports combine automated testing, scans, and subsequent manual testing to assess your native iOS or Android application against the rigorous accessibility standards defined by the WCAG 2.1 AA.
