- The UserWay widget is not visible on your website.
- While inspecting the source code of your web browser, you may find the widget code. Additionally, the browser console may display the following error message:
Error: Content Security Policy directive: frame-src 'self'error
Cause
The issue is attributed to stringent security protocols configured on the web server.
Resolution
To resolve this, kindly reach out to your web server provider and request the inclusion of the wildcard domain *.userway.org in the Content Security Policy directive rules.
