Hi everyone! | Woman wearing a UserWay shirt is speaking, her video is in a small box in the left corner of the screen. This box remains throughout the video. A website appears in the main screen showing a site with the title “Presidio of San Francisco.” On the website is the image of several iconic San Francisco homes. |
In this tutorial, I’m going to show you how to enable or disable UserWay widget on mobile devices. | The image does not change. |
So on your site click on the widget. | A cursor appears with a yellow circle around it. The cursor moves to the UserWay widget icon in the top-right corner of the screen and clicks. The UserWay widget features menu opens. |
And then click on ‘Manage’ to access widget settings. | The cursor moves down the widget menu to the ‘Manage’ link and clicks. |
Then scroll a bit down and find mobile settings. | The widget settings menu opens. The cursor scrolls down to the ‘Mobile Settings’ link and hovers over it. |
Let’s click on it. | The cursor clicks on the ‘Mobile Settings’ link. |
Right now the widget is enabled on mobile devices. | The mobile settings menu appears. A toggle button appears next to text that reads “Enable the widget on mobile devices.” The toggle is green indicating that the widget is enabled. |
And if you want to disable it just click on the button. | The cursor moves to the green button and clicks it so it is no longer green. |
And if you want to enable the widget back again, just click on the button and you’re done. | The cursor clicks the button again and it turns green. |
To learn how to customize your widget’s look and feel, enable white label, agency mode, and other upgrades check out the links in the description below. | The website fades away and the woman speaking becomes the main image. |
Also, don’t forget to subscribe! | The woman finishes speaking and the video fades to black. |
