Hi everyone. In this video, I’m going to show you how to enable while label. | Woman wearing a UserWay shirt is speaking, her video is in a small box in the lower left corner of the screen. This box remains throughout the video. The main screen shows a digital film producer’s website. A slideshow of stills from the producer’s work plays throughout the tutorial. |
By enabling this option, you will completely remove UserWay branding. So, I’ll show you how to do this. Let’s click on the widget and go to “Manage.” Now.” | The cursor moves to the UserWay widget icon in the top right corner of the screen and clicks on it. A popup menu appears, and the cursor clicks on “Manage.” |
Click on “Remove UserWay Branding.” | A new menu appears, and the curser moves to click on “Enable Now.” |
Again, in “Remove UserWay Branding,” click on “Enable Now.” | A toggle menu headed “My Sites” appears, showing all sites selected |
Here you will select in which sites you want to enable white label. In this tutorial, I’m going to enable this option in just one site. | The cursor clicks on the “Select All” toggle to deselect all the sites. |
So, I will deselect all and just select one site. | The cursor clicks on one of the sites to select it. The cursor clicks the “Next” button. |
Then, click on “Next.” You’ll see an estimate price based on current traffic levels. | A new menu appears, showing the estimated price for enabling white label on the site. |
Pricing for white label is $10 site, per 30K page loads per month, with even lower prices for high-traffic sites. | The cursor clicks the “Next” button, and then the “Pay Securely” button. |
Let’s continue and add your credit card details. Click on “Pay” to complete the payment. | A menu appears containing the site’s white label settings. The cursor clicks on “Hide UserWay Logo” and “Report a Problem link” buttons. |
Once payment is done, you can see the white-label settings. Let’s check the different options. You can hide the UserWay logo. So just enable this. You will be able to remove all the links that you can see in the widget footer. Let’s hide the “Report a Problem” link; enable this option. See how the link has disappeared. | The cursor clicks the “Hide Manage link” button. “Manage Link” disappears and is replaced by an asterisk. |
Also, let’s hide the “Manage” link. If you enable this option, then the “Manage” link will convert into an asterisk. So, will still be able to click on the asterisk, log in, and manage your widget. I’ll show you guys now. I’m going to enable the option. The “Manage” link has disappeared. | The cursor clicks on the asterisk, and the widget settings menu appears. |
but here you can see the asterisk. So, if you click on it, you will go back to widget settings. | The cursor clicks on the “Remove UserWay Branding” menu option, and then on the “Configure” button. A new menu appears, and the cursor clicks the “Hide Asterisk” toggle. |
Let’s continue removing User branding. So, I’m going back to “Remove User Branding,” and again, in Remove User Branding, here you can also check your billing and the sites where you have removed UserWay Branding. So, if you want to go back to white label settings, then click on “Configure.” There’s also the option to hide the asterisk. So, I’m going to do that. | The cursor clicks the “Donation” toggle, and then the “close widget” icon. |
Right now, we just have the “Donate” link that we can also hide. I’m going to close the widget, refresh the site, and show you what you will see. | The site refreshes. The cursor clicks the UserWay icon and the Accessibility window appears. The widget settings menu appears. |
So, we have completely removed UserWay branding. But how to we log into our widget if we have removed the “Manage” link and also the asterisk? Just use Control/L, and you’re back to widget settings. | The cursor clicks on the “My Site” menu item. Thumbnail images of UserWay website screenshots are overlaid on the background image. |
You can enable white label by clicking on “One-day free trial,” of if you access “My Site,” you can directly choose in which site you want to enable white label. Select it. Click on the gear and go to white label. | The host appears in full screen, with the overlaid thumbnail images and the UserWay logo. |
