Whether you are a website owner or a website designer, you are probably interested in learning as much as you can about your users in order to provide them with a positive experience on your site. To give you more information about the accessibility tools that your site visitors use the most, we have just launched Real Time Usage Statistics for UserWay’s Accessibility Widget.

Here is a quick guide to enabling Real Time Usage Statistics on your UserWay widget.

Step 1: Open your widget and click on the Manage link at the bottom of the menu.

Please note that this is a paid subscription feature starting at $10/month per site.

Not only do Real Time Usage Stats help you to understand which tools are used the most, but they also give you a clear idea of what accessibility issues may exist on your site. For example, if many visitors to your website utilize the Access Accessible Fonts feature, you and your web team may want to review the fonts you use.

UserWay’s widget is a helpful tool, but it is up to you as a website owner to continually work to improve your site’s accessibility. These statistics will provide you with powerful insights into the issues that exist, so you can begin working to resolve them.
