In this tutorial, we are going to show you how to change your sign-in email address. To get started, click on the widget.
Step 1: Select the “Manage” Option
The first step is to use the “Manage” option.
If you haven’t signed in yet, type your email address and password.
Step 2: Choose the “Change Your Email Address” Option
Under “Account settings” find “Change your email address” and click on it.
Step 3: Type in a new address
Below your “Current email address,” you will find a box. Here is where you should type your new email address and then click on the “Update email address” button.
Change Your Email Address on the Dashboard
You can also make these changes in your Userway.org dashboard. Go to Userway.org and on the top right click on “Sign-in”.
If it’s your first time signing in, but you’ve already registered for an account, type in the email and password you registered with, and then click “Sign-in”.
If you have not yet registered, go to the “Get Your Unique Code video”.
If you’re already familiar with the UserWay dashboard, just visit manage.userway.org.
On the left, under “Account settings” select “Change my email address”.
In the middle of your dashboard, you will find a box where you can type your new email address. Then click on the “Update email address” button that you will find below.
Remember that whenever you log in again to manage your widget, you must use this new email. So, if you think you’ll forget it, mark it down somewhere safe.
